You are spoil for choice for places to visit with Historic Houses like Holkham with its own unspoilt beach or out and about at Brancaster Harbour and walk to sandy Brancaster Beach. You can find it all on the unspoilt North Norfolk coast line. You will find beautiful villages with fantastic independent shops selling locally crafted goods in rural craft studio’s.
Places to eat have really improved vastly in Norfolk over the years and now provide some of the finest places to eat local grown food in East Anglia. Be sure to try the wild Samphire ,harvested from salt flats in the tidal zone and often served when in season during July and August at the coastal Pubs and restaurants.
There are plenty of Pubs and Inns along the coast and our long term favourites is the White Horse at Brancaster. In good weather sitting eating on the balcony at lunch time is a real treat for the taste buds, and for your eyes with the lovely view. Or book a table well in advance in the restaurant in the evening or just enjoy a quick drink in the bar and game of Bar Billiards!
The North Norfolk coast is one of the finest areas of natural beauty in the country.
